What to do
- Report the loss to the Swedish police as soon as possible so the passport is cancelled: +46 77 114 14 00. The Embassy may also ask for a Vietnamese police report.

Documents (age 18 and over)
- Apply in person. Bring the completed emergency passport application and the citizenship form (both on the Embassy page).
- Valid Swedish ID; without it, bring an approved identity witness. A population register extract (personbevis) no older than one month if asked.
- Three recent colour passport photos with a white background, your previous passport if you have it, and a booked flight to Sweden.
- Children: both guardians sign and give written consent; the child attends with the guardians.
- All documents must be originals; documents not in Swedish or English must be translated into English and legalised.
